Dr. Eberson has always made my child comfortable, we wouldn’t see any other orthopedic doctor! | 100% |
It is TERRIBLE customer service to double book patients when you don’t have the ability to have them seen in a timely fashion. We waited over an hour to go into an exam room and see the doctor, our appointment was at 930 and we did not leave until 11. The inconvenience this caused was unacceptable and showed little regard and respect for people’s time. | 90% |
Amazing! | 100% |
It was a great visit and a nice place. | 100% |
My daughter is 10 and he is her favorite doctor. | 100% |
We were extremely disappointed we were forced to wait over 1.5 hours with a 5 week old and no one offering to have us reschedule at the beginning of the visit, or letting us how he was so tardy. Likewise, when he came in the room he didn't apologize for wasting so much of our time. Time is precious for everyone and this was extremely unprofessional. Likewise, he seemed totally uninformed as to why we were there. I assume they read the refferals. To be that late, without an leading apology for us won't ever work. His assistants response was "he is normally late and I have no control. I'mSorry you can come back"This was after waiting 1.5 hours. We didn't want to have to come back. We understand drs run late But it is super easy to be professional, lead with an apology, have your assistant help you and let patients know they can go home and to respect people's time. | 0% |
I was incredibly impressed with his ability to make my daughter feel at ease. His ability to make is not feel rushed and to answer any questions we might have. He was very patient and considerate of our time. I would absolutely recommend him and I am so happy we were able to see him. | 100% |
Wait time is very long and very difficult with small children. We had to wait an hour past our appointment time to be seen for 3 minutes and appointment was scheduled for before 9am | 50% |
Wish the wait wasn’t so long! First time seeing Dr. Eberson and we absolutely loved him. He was great with the kids and very caring and easy to talk to and understand. Will definitely recommend and come back if we ever need to! | 100% |
The long wait before seeing Dr. Eberson on 3/21/19 had nothing to do with him or the office staff! It was an insurance issue the had to wait until customer service came in!! | 100% |

My daughter and I have been to Dr. Eberson a few times over the past few years and every time we come for our appointment we’ve been kept waiting for a very long time. This last time our appointment was at 3:30 and we didn’t get into see him until 4:30. It’s very discouraging to have to wait such a long time. | 100% |
We LOVE Dr. Eberson! He is an awesome doctor! | 100% |
Not concerning the doc bc he was great, but I was VERy disappointed in how long it tool to actually be seen. And in the end, we ordered and paid for a CD and were sent to multiple places to get the copy and kept getting elsewhere and had to leave bc it took so long and didn't get the CD | 90% |

He is an amazing doctor who takes time with his patients and listens to their concerns as well as the parents. I would highly recommend him. I wish there were more Dr like him who took interest in their patients | 100% |
We are so happy we were referred to Dr. Eberson my baby could not have been in better hands. | 100% |
Dr Eberson was fantastic, but I was very upset that the staff made my 12 yr old daughter walk from the 4th floor down to the first floor through the entry way in a johnnie and carrying her own clothes. I had to hold her johnnie closed the whole time. | 90% |
DR. Eberson is a very good Dr. and good listener, I just wish he were more on time to scheduled appointment time and not be late all the time. We are usually seen 50 minutes or later after scheduled time which is very disappointing and frustrating. The maximum amount of time any scheduled patient should have to wait should only be 15‐20 minutes tops. | 90% |
He is great! | 100% |
As always, I am very pleased with Dr. Eberson’s service and his staff. Every visit, you guys makes us feel that you care. If we go in not sure to what decision to make, Dr. Eberson always takes the time to make sure we understand our options ‐ and what treatment could possibly be better for our child. The only thing I was dissatisfied about was waiting over an hour for a child’s appointment. I feel as though when we should have been told that the doctor was running an hour behind. We then could have decided to stay or reschedule. |

We were so impressed with Dr Eberson, his bedside manner was amazing, he was patient, kind, and excellent with our daughter. He never made us feel rushed and answered all our questions. We are so happy we were referred to him! | 100% |
We have been thoroughly pleased with the care provided by Dr. Eberson and appreciate his thoroughness, patient approach, and followup actions. The only thing that I consistently note in these surveys is that the wait time is fairly excessive. We arrived at 9:45 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. appt. and still had to wait 30 minutes for my son's x‐ray. From start to finish‐‐check‐in, x‐ray, and appointment with provider‐‐we were at UO for 2 hrs. and 15 min. | 100% |

Dr Eberson is a great physician! He is very caring and able to convey his knowledge is an way that is easy for us to understand. He has great bed side manners and gives us the time we need during appointments. He performed hip surgery on my daughter 3 years ago and personally came to the hospital to follow up on her when he was not on duty. He was also there to discharge her my daughter asked him for a hug and he said “YOU made my day! My daughter says, “I like Dr Eberson....he makes me feel better even if casts make me itchy! The staff and dr are all terrific. The only problem is appointment is never on time. Always late. We waited 2 hours past our appointment time. Tough on a little kid. | 90% |
We waited over two hours to see dr ebeson. The nurse was not friendly at all moved us around in rooms. Then I needed a note for my daughter for school and the lady at the check out was rude and made us wait as she waited on other people. They needed more staff and with friendlier dispositions especially when my daughter misses almost a whole day of school for a 10 minute doctor visit. | 70% |
