Very good interactions with my daughter...explaining to her in language she could understand. | 100% |
Dr. Schiller is by far the best physician we have worked with. His bedside manner is excellent. He answers all questions, never seems rushed and is always available for any questions even after the appointment. | 100% |
Jonathan Schiller doesn’t just talk to me he talks to my 8yr old like a adult and makes my kid understand what’s going on and what to do and he makes my child feel great about himself and he makes my child laugh and be serious about his medical. He is a very good doctor because he is great on the Communication and the medical needs. He gets to the bottom of what’s going on with my child. Thank you so much he is very understanding and very nice and is a great doctor. | 100% |
Dr Schiller was wonderful. He was very personable and thorough. | 100% |
Dr. Schiller is so much more than an excellent surgeon, although his surgical skills are a marvel. The surgery itself was only a small amount of time, I’ve spent much more time with him in my visits preop and postop where he really shines. He treats me as a whole person with respect and dignity, he doesn’t just listen he hears me, and he takes as much time as I need without making me feel rushed. I left feeling positive and encouraged, with all of my questions answered and some I hadn’t thought of, and very comfortable with my progress (something I’d been anxious about going in) along with what to expect as my recovery continues in the coming year. I’m truly grateful to have Dr. Schiller treating me and I don’t feel I’d have done as well without his support, understanding and encouragement (and obvious technical abilities). And my hip has never felt this good! | 100% |
Dr Schiller really takes his time making sure my daughter and I really understand everything from medications to up coming procedures. I like how he talks to her in a way she can understand. I feel like Dr Schiller cares about my daughter as he would care about his own child. I am very pleased with the experiences we have had with university of orthopedics. | 100% |
He was very helpful and showed concern about me | 100% |
Dr. Schiller is the best. He relates well to both adult and children during the visit. He is smart, personable, funny and down to earth. He provides fantastic care and educates while treating. I hope my kids don't get hurt in the future but rest assured that if they do, Dr. Schiller will be the physician we choose to treat them. | 100% |
Dr Schiller was excellent with my son. I would highly reccomend him. | 100% |
Keep up the great work.Thank you! | 100% |
We love Dr. Schiller. I would wait an hour for him because he is so thorough and talks to the kids with such respect. He realizes they are the patients but also understands that the parents see more than the kids let on...like if they are trying to hide how much it hurts at home. His sense of humor is top notch and it would be beneficial for ALL students to see him in action. He really is how a doctor should be. | 100% |
Dr Schiller made me extremely comfortable about my son's injury and treatment plan. Understanding that he himself was a wrestle/athlete made me so much more at ease. He understood my sons needs and took time to make sure he, at 11 years old, understood and agreed. I would highly recommend Dr. Schiller. | 100% |
I would highly recommend dr . Shiller he was our third opinion when it came to finding a dr for our sons surgery. Once we met him we knew he was who we wanted to do his surgery. He’s great with kids and very personable . Talks to you like a regular person and makes you understand exactly what he’s doing etc . We are very pleased with the outcome of our sons surgery a year later . And very happy we found Dr Shiller ! | 100% |
He was excellent addressing and speaking with my daughter. | 100% |
Dr Schiller treated my daughter for a broken arm a while back. He was very personable and made us feel very comfortable and less anxious about her condition. Though I’m not happy that my son now has a broken bone, I’m glad that we have Dr. Schiller to handle his care. It makes an awful and scary experience less awful and scary for all of us. | 100% |
Very down to earth and talked so everyone could understand. I feel he really knew what he was doing! | 100% |

Dr Schiller is an amazing doctor and explained everything in a way that I understood. | 100% |
Dr Schiller is the reason we choose to go to University Orthopedics. He is THE specialist for fibular tibular hemimelia in the North East. He is also compassionate, smart and funny. He always speaks directly to our daughter and has always involved her in complex decisions involving her treatment care. These decisions are not becoming less complicated as she becomes a young adult. We appreciate that he spends time walking us through various surgical options while always pursuing conservative options first. And he is not shy about bringing in other specialists when he feels it appropriate. In short, we think the world of Dr Schiller ‐ or as we prefer to call him, The Dread Pirate Roberts. | 100% |
Dr. Schiller is amazing! I can be myself as a single mother concerned about issues physical ailments my son deals with that bring on pshycological issues like fear, self‐esteem, and worry about my son capabilities and future ability. Dr. Schiller is absolutely the best. He's real, honest, exceptionally professional and yet still manages to have an awesome sense of humor with us. Because laughter is good medicine I usually throw a few sillys at him and he rolls with it better than any Dr ever. He is a blessing and should know how much I appreciate him for all he's done!! Thank you Dr Schiller your the best!!! Amanda and Christian SalvetiP.s. no need to contact me about this Linda is absolutely amazing too. | 100% |

He was the first orthopedic specialist I had seen that did not make me feel crazy and was extremely informative. After years of trying to figure out what was going on he figured it out by the first visit.. Super thankful and relieved to have the proper plan in action. | 100% |

I don’t have any concerns he is a great thorough doctor and explains everything you need to know and answers every question you haveand more ! | 100% |
VERY disappointed on the ability to get a timely MRI, which is gping to dictate next steps. We took the first appt available but at this point mu son will be 3 weeks into recovery, and there is a 10% chance ﴾according to Schiller﴿ that my son will need surgery. This being the case I would think having the MRI center at your facility , we should have been able to get an earlier or prioritized appt. I am hopeful no surgery is needed, but we wont know til 2/7 & the injury was on 1/19. This seemed.unreasonable. I did call Dr Schiller 's office back with my concern but was offered no help at all. I am sure if it were you or your child you would be upset to get the proper treatment plan 3 weeks into recovery. | 100% |
he Dr did a great job including my son in the conversation. He spoke to Jonathan like he was an adult. I was really impressed with how nice and efficient everyone in the office was. |

Dr. Schiller was amazing. He was very patient and explained everything to our 10 year old son. My son left his last appointment saying how much he liked him for Dr., but we certainly hope not to have to see him under these circumstances of a broken bone. |

Made us feel comfortable asked questions and showed concern for my daughters injury. Gave practical advice. To no fault of the doctor, my daughters MRI results were not sent nor could Dr access wished he had the opportunity to review during our visit. Again, no fault on the doc part whatsoever. | 100% |

I am very thankful that Dr. Schiller is overseeing my daughters orthopedic care. He is very friendly and explains things clearly. He makes sure to show me the x‐rays and explain thoroughly. He always asks me if it makes sense to me and that if I have any questions to let him know. He tries to make my daughter smile and make the visit less scary. I love that he does not push any unnecessary medications or procedures. This shows me he really cares about the wellbeing of his patients and that he does enjoy his practice. I love the new office in East Providence it is very beautiful and he staff is very friendly. I also like that Dr. Schiller even though he is not often at one of his other locations he said I can make an appointment to be seen there with him since it’s much closer to home. I have no complaints and I would recommend him to anyone. Keep up the good work and God Bless him and his team!! | 100% |
Dr. Schiller is the most personable doctor I have ever met. I've raved about him to everyone since. He made my daughter feel so comfortable & had her laughing so hard! At the same time he eased the concerns of me & my husband & educated us on our daughter's injury & care. I cannot say enough about him. The staff in xray & in cast removal were incredible too. They made my daughter feel safe & comfortable. They all made her smile & laugh which is or course the best medicine! | 100% |

The Dr made me feel bad for bringing my daughter back when it was a follow up his office made last year . He barely spoke to us for 3 minutes and basically told us again it was normal and made me feel stupid for bringing her there . My daughter was crying and uncomfortable with him so he barely assessed her . Pretty much we got charged for him to put her shoes and socks back on . I hope that in the future this isn’t a serious issue for my daughter we could have corrected now | 50% |

I am the parent and my daughter is the patient. I feel that at our most recent visit it fell rushed and Dr. Schiller came in asking a question he should have known the answer to. I had previously not had any issues but I feel I did not receive much of an explanation for the next course of action the appointment was vague and felt rushed and I left with a lot of questions and concerns. | 60% |
Thank you for being so down to earth and kind hearted to my son who was very nervous. Very grateful. | 100% |
We were very pleased with Dr Schiller, and his knowledge of the situation that we were there for. He had asked how a different situation was going, and I was very pleased to see that he was informed of all of the situations that are going on and not just the one we were there for. Which tells me that he read the chart and knew of everything about the patient before he even walked in. Many doctors don’t take the time to do that. You are definitely good at what you do. Keep it up. Thank you “ Very Impressed “ | 90% |
The overall visit was good. Dr. Schiller seems to be a very good doctor. However, there appeared to be a great deal of tension between the staff and Dr. Schiller. At one point he whistled for them to all return to him. That was very disrespectful and unprofessional. | 60% |
