I am so lucky to have found Dr. Kleinhenz and University Orthopedics. I went to Dr. Kleinhenz for a second opinion regarding the pain in my back. I had had back surgery in 2004 and had a feeling that I needed more surgery because of the increasing level of pain I had been having over the previous year before consulting doctors/surgeons. My first contacts University Orthopedics were very impressive. I was very pleased with the professionalism of everyone I spoke to and then with the prompt follow-ups in returning my calls and scheduling my appointments. As for Dr. Kleinhenz, I could not have asked for any better doctor and surgeon. At our first appointment, he made me feel very much at ease, showed and explained to me all of my X-rays and MRI, listened to my concerns, answered any questions I had, and explained all the avenues I could take to help resolve my back issues. After surgery, Dr. Kleinhenz's and University Orthopedics' care was at the same high level as the time before surgery. Three months later, I have healed well and feel so much better. I can't thank Dr. Kleinhenz and the staff at UO enough for their care and would recommend Dr. Kleinhenz to anyone who has back/spine issues.
