My doctor's visit was perfect, however making an appointment was impossible. I had to go to the practice in person. I have already spoken with Dr Maher, his office manager and a UO manager about the issue. 100%
He’s the best! 100%

I'm disappointed that as big and prestigious an organization as Universiry Orthopedics is that there is no mobil IOS app available to
allow easy management of my care with this organization. If such exists, I'm unaware of it.

Dr Maher & the staff at University Orthopedics, provide top tier care & guidance every time I visit. From the front desk staff, to Diane
Jones, in Physical Therapy, I'm more than satisfied with the career they provide.

Doctor Maher is very courteous and respectful with a great sense of humor. I “enjoy” my visits and find his staff to be very helpful,
pleasant, and expedient.

Dr. Maher provides excellent care. My husband and I have both seen him several times and would highly recommend him. However, I was
very frustrated with the administrative process. I was sent a link to the portal prior to my appointment to fill out numerous forms, which I
did, but then had to repeat every single detail to the nurse when I arrived. Apparently the responses on the portal are not transferred to
the doctor's office. If that's the case, then patients should not be instructed to waste their time completing the questionnaires on the
portal. I understand that the nurse needs to verify certain critical items like medications, allergies, etc., but patients should not have to
answer all the other questions that were already entered into the portal.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. 100%
One of the first time I have been to a Specialist where I was taken immediately. They made the paper work so easy compare to some
offices. After I had gave the front desk all the information. They ask me to be seated. Less than 5 minutes they called me. I was question
my issues and I was right off to X‐rays. Xray tech was really great. Explained in detail and great personality. Return room and Dr Maher
was there within 5 minutes. Great personality and in detail. I felt very comfortable with everything. I have a MRI yet to do. But, I definitely
would recommend University Orthopedic and Dr Maher.

Professional, smart and very kind. He's everything I want in a orthopedic surgeon! 100%

12 weeks post op with new issues. Swelling pain and no answers but most concerning. No call to follow up on bloodwork results
and no plan of action. I think further tests and possible second opinion is warranted

The Dr. is the Best!!! 100%

Excellent orthopedist and great person. Has always made me feel at ease, never condescending, never have I felt rushed with any
concern. He has operated on me twice. I have complete confidence in Dr. Maher.

I am a disciple of University Orthopedics, having been either a patient or father of a patient for over twenty five years, Dr. Maher is an
excellent Physician and has excellent communication skills.

He gave a clear explanation and offered follow up advice. 100%
I had asked for an appt to discuss wrists and knees. When I arrived I was told I could only discuss one thing: knees OR wrists, not both.
This requires another appt, another copay, and lost time. It’s asinine and it drives up health care costs for no reason. It also shows lack of
respect for my time.

The waiting area seemed barren‐ nothing on the walls‐ a door was open to another room that looked like it was being packed up. 90%

Dr Maher has such respect for his patients. I feel very fortunate to be a patient. His manner is calm and reassuring. I always feel as though he is listening to me. I would recommend Dr Maher with no reservation. Thanks, Dr. Maher!

Dr. Maher was my 2nd opinion as the 1st specialist didn't even open the MRI disc I provided from Florida. Dr. Maher 1st took a XR to confirm arthritis not even thought of on the previous specialist. He was very through and explained everything. He backed all of this up by showing me the MRI and XR images. I used University Orthopedics with Dr. Lucas for back surgery which was extremely successful. Patricia was very helpful in scheduling an operation with recovery time and PT before my department to Florida for the winter January 12th. I am very happy again with University Orthopedics and have recommended my friends in the past. 100%

Great Dr and staff

I was told that the office would be contacting Newport Hospital regarding my MRI and that I would be getting a call to schedule
the procedure. It’s been a week and I have not heard anything regarding the MRI. Thanks

I didn't have an appointment, but Dr. Maher made time to see me later in the day, because I was in a great deal of pain. 100%
Dr Maher was great but my Daughter is seeing Dr Brandon for another issue & who ever called me to get the appointment for my
daughter was soooo RUDE!! They said sorry but we are short handed and I had to call Newport Hospital to make her MRI appointment. Every time we have ever had an MRI your office would talk to them and the hospital would call me. We are a family of 5 and we ski and do lots of sports unfortunately we have had a bunch of injuries and have had to come in and if it’s going to be talking to RUDE peoples coordinating schedules I will find Another practice which is too bad b/c we love Dr. Maher & Dr Brandon!
