Alison has been working as a provider with Orthopedic Care Specialists since June 2008 and currently holds a leadership role in the practice, as Lead Physician Assistant and current Clinical Manager at OCS. She is a graduate of Albany Medical College in 2008 with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to her graduate studies, she worked in healthcare administration in Plastic Surgery at Children’s Hospital Boston. After growing up in Connecticut, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stonehill College with minor concentrations in Health Care Administration as well as Spanish.
She was an NCAA Division II student-athlete and member of two varsity programs including Women’s Field Hockey as well as Track & Field. She also was a school record holder in Javelin as well as Career Goals Scored in field hockey. She remains an active member of the Stonehill community, supporting athletics as well as academics. She enjoys mentoring students interested in the medical/physician assistant profession. She thoroughly enjoys working as a physician assistant in orthopedic surgery and strives to provide excellent patient care. Other interests include health and fitness, running, skiing, field hockey, cooking, and travel.
