Amanda Joyal, FNP

Physician Assistant

Amanda Joyal, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner nationally accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She works alongside Dr. Froehlich and Dr. El Othmani in the Adult Reconstruction Division as part of the Joint Replacement Center. She sees patients in the clinic as well as assisting in the operating room.

Amanda grew up in Rhode Island and received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island School of Nursing. She gained valuable experience as a Registered Nurse in orthopedics, urology, women’s health, and critical care of the neonate. She received her Master’s degree from Salve Regina University in 2023 where she graduated with honors and was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. She is a member of the American Nurses Association.

Amanda enjoys reading, cycling, and walking in her free time as well as spending time with her family, friends, and her cocker spaniel Roo.
