Lauren Martinez, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant to Dr. Andrew Rogers at the Raynham location. She has been with Dr. Rogers since July 2017. In her role she focuses the assessment and treatment of sport related injuries, as well as other general orthopedic concerns.
Lauren was born and raised on the South Shore of Massachusetts. She attended Northeastern University for her undergraduate studies and is a proud graduate of the inaugural class of Bryant University’s Physician Assistant Masters Program. She graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern, earning a Bachelor of Science degree is in Health Science in 2013. She was lucky enough to have clinical experience at many Boston hospitals during her Co-Op opportunities, including working as a cast technician at Boston Medical Center. Lauren earned her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant studies at Bryant University in 2017 with noted academic achievements.
In her role as a board-certified Physician Assistant, Lauren’s responsibilities include assessment and treatment of sport-related orthopedic injuries and general orthopedic conditions of shoulder, knee, hip, and ankle joints. She orders and interprets diagnostic imaging and labs, as well as performs in-office procedures. Lauren also joins her physicians in the operative setting assisting in pre-operative tasks, during surgery and post-operative care.
