Kelcie was born and raised in the south coast of Massachusetts. Kelcie completed a dual degree, earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Psychology at University of Massachusetts - Amherst in 2021. She previously worked as a personal trainer and an exercise physiologist. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Bay Path University in May 2024. Kelcie is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is also an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
