Dr. Antoci is a Fellowship Trained Orthopaedic Surgeon with a focus in Adult Reconstruction, Hip and Knee Joint Replacement Surgery and a special interest in unicompartmental partial knee replacement, minimally invasive surgery, complex reconstructions, failed total joints, preservation techniques, and trauma.

Tyler Pare, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds professional membership with the Rhode Island Academy of Physician Assistants (RIAPA). He practices in collaboration with Dr. Antoci within the Division of Adult Reconstructive Hip and Knee Surgery. In his role, Tyler conducts comprehensive patient evaluations, interprets diagnostic imaging, performs in-office procedures including joint injections, and provides thorough preoperative and postoperative care.
Tyler joined University Orthopedics following the completion of his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Bryant University and his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Tyler has extensive previous experience working in emergency medicine treating a variety of patients.
As a former national competing gymnast, Tyler possesses a strong foundation in physical health and performance, which guides his clinical approach. He is committed to optimizing patient outcomes and supporting individuals in achieving an improved level of function and quality of life.
Outside of his clinical responsibilities, Tyler enjoys traveling, exploring diverse cuisines, taking advantage of New England summers, walking his chihuahua and jack russell, and spending time with friends and family.
